A short history of DZDSoft — what we do, why we specialised, and why we still answer our own emails after all these years.

"Most software fails because it's built far from the people who use it. Since 2021 we've put engineers next to clients and let the design happen there."

DZDSoft was founded in 2021 on that single idea. Today the studio delivers custom development, mobile applications, data security, cloud, and integration services to institutions across construction, façade engineering, education, and corporate sectors. Our team brings together Civil, Computer, and Software engineers — and the person who scopes your project is the one who ships the code.

We chose to go deep rather than wide. Construction was one of the last industries to digitalise, and façade engineering — the discipline of building envelopes — is a technical niche most IT studios never touch. We did the opposite, and specialised. Calculation engines, BIM tooling, and parametric systems built for the people who actually design and build façades.

That depth comes from doing, not pitching. Alongside client work we build and operate our own platforms — cepheyedair.com, allinfacade.com, FacadCAL+, BIMfacad, All in Data Center, Career Point and more. We run what we build, on the same standard we'd hold your software to.

How we work.

Six rules we've kept since the first project. They're not posters on a wall — they're the reasons clients stay, and the reasons we sometimes turn work down.

Why we went
deep, not wide.

Most IT studios chase whatever's in front of them. We chose a discipline, learned it properly, and built the tools the industry was missing.

— The bet we made

We don't just consult on façade software. We run it.

Construction digitalised late, and BIM only recently became mainstream practice across the industry. Façade engineering — calculating and modelling building envelopes — sits at the most technical edge of that shift, and it's a niche most generalist studios never learn.

We made the opposite bet. Instead of touching every sector lightly, we went deep into one we could genuinely master — and we keep the same standard for our education, corporate, and public clients. Domain knowledge you can't fake is the difference between software that fits the work and software the work has to bend around.
